Position Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Human Resource & Administration, the Senior Human Resource Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department by managing HR processes and ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing HR documents, and managing HR databases.

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment activities, conduct market research analysis on salary range, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, provide information on HR policies and procedures, and support employee engagement initiatives.

  • Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and resolving benefits-related issues.

  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information and generate HR reports as needed.

  • Event Coordination: Plan and organize employee events, meetings, and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resource role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
