Job summary

A leading logistics firm in Singapore is looking for an HR professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and drive strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in HR management or business administration, strong communication skills, and at least 3 years of experience in HR. Roles and responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding across regional hirings
  • Driving strategic HR initiatives to align with business goals
  • Assist in setting KPIs and evaluating staff performance
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and organizational standards
  • Multi currency payroll processing in collaboration with accounts
  • Manage employee benefits, leave records, and statutory contributions
  • Ensure proper reporting and documentation of payroll data for internal audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in year-end closing, audit preparation, and financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards
  • Provide administrative support as required

Requirements :

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or Accounting
  • Meticulous, responsible, independent and detail-oriented
  • Competent in MS word and excel
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Ideally at least 3 years of experience
