Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HSE Lead Auditor to drive complex audits across facilities, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and promoting continuous safety improvements.

You will mentor junior auditors, develop audit plans, conduct on-site inspections, and present findings to senior management. The role requires frequent travel regionally and a strong commitment to safety, integrity, and environmental excellence.

Formación

• Proven lead auditor experience in HSE and compliance with ISO19011.
• State-of-the-art audit techniques and risk assessment capability.
• Strong knowledge of ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO50001 standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 60% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute complex HSE audits independently or as part of a team across diverse facilities.
• Develop detailed audit plans with scope, objectives, criteria and methodologies.
• Conduct on-site inspections, interviews, and document reviews to assess HSE systems and performance.
• Identify non-conformities, risks and improvement opportunities; prepare clear audit reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to site leadership and HSE committees.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit programs and mentor junior auditors.
• Support incident investigations and risk assessments as required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations and Hitachi Energy policies.
