About the department
The People and Organisation (P&O) department in the APAC region is devoted to supporting business objectives with a strategic aspiration for Novo Nordisk to be a sustainable employer and offer a workplace that is inclusive and diverse. Our department plays a crucial role in ensuring the organisation's effectiveness for the success and growth of Novo Nordisk in the APAC markets. You will be a part of the APAC People & Organisation (P&O) leadership team and will report directly to the Vice President of People & Organisation, APAC.
The position
As the Senior HRBP Manager, you will be based in Singapore, which is the APAC regional headquarters. You will be in charge of partnering with senior management and P&O teams, driving leadership development and management solutions to enhance the APAC regional office.
