Our client, a leading organisation in their field, is seeking a Senior HRBP covering multiple countries including India, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Japan, and Australia. As the Senior HRBP for APAC, you will partner with business leaders to deliver impactful HR solutions that address immediate needs and long-term goals. Your day-to-day activities include facilitating strategic workforce planning sessions, leading talent reviews to identify emerging leaders, and implementing robust succession plans. By coaching managers at all levels, you will cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise in conflict mediation will support positive workplace relations during periods of change. You will champion employee engagement initiatives that celebrate diversity while ensuring policy compliance across all locations. Through involvement in global HR projects—including performance management cycles and compensation reviews—you will contribute to the evolution of HR practices within the organisation.

You should be able to provide thoughtful advice on talent management strategies, familiarity with modern HR systems like Workday, and the ability to harness data-driven insights when presenting recommendations or monitoring key performance indicators.
