A leading HR consultancy firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR Management professional to localise performance frameworks and design training programmes. The ideal candidate has a diploma or higher in HR-related fields, with 3-6 years of relevant experience. Strong project management skills and proficiency in HRMS/ERP are required. Candidates should be comfortable with occasional travel. Competitive salary package offered.

Requirements
Education & Certification: Diploma or above in HR Management, Organisational Behaviour, Business Administration or related; HRP CP/SHRM-CP preferred.
Experience: 3-6 years in HR or Organisational Development, with hands-on exposure to at least two modules among performance, reward, training, or promotions.
Proven track record in process design and policy documentation.
Strong project-management discipline and data orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS/ERP.
Cross-cultural collaboration; comfortable with occasional overseas travel.
