As the company scales its workforce to support rapid scientific and commercial growth, they are now seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior HR Specialist to support core HR functions and drive people-related initiatives in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Partner with business units to resolve employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards
  • Support the execution of performance management, training, and development programs
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee data, and HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination and vendor management
  • Support HR projects such as engagement surveys, culture initiatives, or internal audits
  • Provide HR reporting and data analysis to support business decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance practices
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
