Job description

Senior HR Officer with focus on payroll.

Salary $3,500-$5,500

Company provide daily lunch at own cafe.

Monday to Friday ( 44 hour )

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To ensure that payroll is credited to employees timely and accurately. Maintain and upkeep of HRIS.

Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll processing including CPF submission, tax filling, NS claim, childcare / maternity claim submission to relevant statutory board and monthly payroll reports.

Handle payroll audit and submission of government surveys.

Compensation & Benefits

· administration of insurance schemes by working closely with insurance service provider on yearly renewal

· Understand insurance policies and ensure timely processing for the claims

· Assist in C&B initiatives and frameworks including Performance Management System, Salary Structure and other Incentive Programs.

· Participate in wage and benefits surveys to review pay practices and assist in annual salary review process.

Talent Management:

Assist HR Manager in annual talent review process to identify key positions for continuous business growth.

All other relevant duties as assigned by HR Manager.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Technical & Professional Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and understanding of C&B practices especially payroll processing (we are using Easypay )analytical and resourceful.

Diploma with years of relevant experience/Degree in Human Resource Management, minimum 3 years experience.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
