A growing recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Senior HR / Payroll Executive to lead payroll processing and support HR activities. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the staffing industry. Responsibilities include managing the full payroll cycle, overseeing talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Senior HR / Payroll Executive who can help support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.

Duties
  • Responsible for preparing and processing full payroll cycle (Outsourcing)
  • Involved in full spectrum of human resource activities
  • Perform internal talent acquisition and other recruitment related duties
  • Handle work pass application, renewal and etc
  • Maintain continuous employee engagement & employee relationship to ensure alignment of company policy and expectation
  • Ensure the organisation in complying with local relevant regulations
  • Strategise and implement Human resource / Payroll related strategies
  • Handle general administrative duties
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma in relevant discipline
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Staffing / Recruitment industry will be added advantage
