A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage talent acquisition and payroll processes. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of internal HR experience and expertise in recruitment, compensation, and payroll management. You will develop recruitment strategies, oversee hiring processes, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations. This role offers a salary range of $7,000 - $8,000 per month and opportunities for professional growth.
Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the organization.
Job Descriptions: Create and update job descriptions to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational needs.
Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for open positions.
Job Advertising: Post job openings on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, company website).
Payroll Administration: Oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees, including both salaried and hourly workers.
Compliance: Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, labor laws, and industry regulations.
Salary Adjustments & Deductions: Manage salary adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and any payroll deductions (taxes, retirement contributions, insurance premiums, etc.).
Benefits Administration: Integrate benefits data with payroll, ensuring deductions for healthcare, retirement plans, etc., are processed correctly.
Payroll Reports: Generate reports on payroll expenditures, tax filings, and compliance audits.
Salary Structuring: Develop and manage competitive salary structures based on industry standards, internal equity, and company budget.
Compensation Analysis: Conduct market salary surveys to assess compensation trends and ensure competitiveness in attracting and retaining talent.
Incentive Plans: Design and implement performance-based incentive plans such as bonuses, profit-sharing, and stock options.
Benefits Programs: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off (PTO), and wellness programs.
Job Requirements
5-7 Year of internal HR and has experience in recruitment, compensation benefits and payroll.
Strong communication and engaging skills. Project a high level of professionalism when engaging with candidates, agencies and otherstakeholders.
Able to prioritize the hiring positions and work on themindependently.
Able to thrive in dynamic and adaptive environment.
Working Location and hours
Serangoon
Working Hours - Weekdays - 9 am to 6:30 pm
Salary and Benefits
$7,000 - $8,000 Per Month
