Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a globally recognized Engineering organization with extensive presence in Asia Pacific. As part of their strategic growth and the need to drive business objectives, our client is recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead their HR business partnering team. It is a newly created role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Regional HR Director, advise the leadership team to develop and implement an effective people strategy that supports business objectives and strengthens internal talent capabilities.
  • Conceptualize, improve and roll out Talent Management, Training & Development, and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Act as an advocate for employee engagement and work closely with union partners to identify gaps/issues and strengthen collaboration as the business grows.
Ideal Profile / Qualifications
  • Seasoned HR professional with 10–12 years of experience and a strong track record in strategic business partnering.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
  • Open to candidates from diverse industry backgrounds who can bring fresh perspectives and combine best practices.
  • Ability as a strategic HR professional to articulate navigation of business challenges, influence stakeholders, and balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
