Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff exit processes
• Coordinate employee orientation, confirmation, and documentation
• Handle work pass matters and support performance appraisals
• Maintain employee records and leave tracking
• Prepare payroll data for review
• Address employee concerns and promote workplace harmony

Requirements:
