A leading company in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to execute talent acquisition strategies and manage the full employee life cycle. This role will involve ensuring compliance with employment laws and managing employee benefit programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, a strong understanding of Singapore HR practices, and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
What will you do?
Collaborate with business leaders to execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans aligned with organisational goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
Oversee the full employee life cycle, from onboarding and orientation to internal transitions and offboarding.
Champion a consistent and engaging employee experience at all stages.
Manage all work pass applications, renewals, and ensure full compliance with MOM regulations and immigration requirements.
Accurately administer monthly payroll inputs, liaise with vendors, and ensure compliance with statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS).
Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, leave, and wellness schemes.
Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns professionally and providing clear, consistent guidance.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company values and Singapore employment law.
Ensure all HR practices are aligned with PDPA, Employment Act, and internal standards.
Support and coordinate performance appraisal processes, promotions, and performance improvement plans.
Organise and track learning and development programs to support employee growth.
Contribute to the planning and execution of HR projects such as digitalisation, engagement strategies, DEI initiatives, or HRIS enhancements.
Provide data and insights to support HR reporting and decision-making.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of generalist HR experience with strong exposure to Singapore HR practices.
In-depth understanding of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office, and payroll systems.
Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
Self-starter at tasks and resourceful answer finder.
