We are now looking for a dedicated and proactive Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws, and driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace.

Your Key Impact

  • Bring Seamless and accurate HR process execution from recruitment to offboarding to the business

  • Create positive and meaningful employee experiences

  • Champion our values and strengthen our corporate culture

Your Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for both HQ and outlet roles

  • Administer payroll processes accurately and on time

  • Administer work pass application and renewal

  • Oversee insurance renewals and maintain related documentation

  • Maintain and update HRIS and generate HR reports as required

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes

    Employee Engagement & Recognition

  • Plan, organize and execute employee recognition events

  • Support implementation of engagement programs and surveys

    In-country HR Projects

  • Assist with local HR initiatives and cross-functional projects

  • Assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures

What We are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within the F&B or Service Sectors

  • Solution driven mindset and strong problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication, coordination and multitasking skills

  • Solid understanding of local labour laws and HR compliance

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
