A leading company in the fast-casual dining sector is seeking a proactive Senior HR Generalist to enhance HR operations and foster a positive workplace. The role will involve managing end-to-end HR processes, ensuring compliance with local laws, and boosting employee engagement initiatives.

We are now looking for a dedicated and proactive Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws, and driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace.

Your Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Manage full-cycle recruitment for both HQ and outlet roles
Administer payroll processes accurately and on time
Administer work pass application and renewal
Oversee insurance renewals and maintain related documentation
Maintain and update HRIS and generate HR reports as required
Manage onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
Employee Engagement & Recognition
Plan, organize and execute employee recognition events
Support implementation of engagement programs and surveys
In-country HR Projects
Assist with local HR initiatives and cross-functional projects
Assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures
What We are Looking For:
5+ years of HR experience, ideally within the F&B or Service Sectors
Solution driven mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, coordination and multitasking skills
Solid understanding of local labour laws and HR compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
