Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience across key HR functions and a passion for people. You will be involved in full-spectrum HR responsibilities and partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver top-tier talent and help scale our team with the right people at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead full-cycle recruitment across assigned business brands: sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by conducting the onboarding sessions for new hires and prepare onboarding documentation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Use a variety of sourcing techniques including Fast Jobs, Jobstreets, social media, job fairs, networking events, and employee referrals.
Demonstrates creativity and innovation in hiring strategies to attract and engage top talent.
Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to the development of TA processes, tools, and frameworks.
2. HR Business Partnering
Act as the point of contact for employees and managers, providing day-to-day HR support and guidance.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with business goals.
Assist in workforce planning and support organizational changes or initiatives.
3. Employee Relations
Serve as the main point of contact for employee grievances, inquiries, and conflict resolution.
Conduct staff engagement activities to improve morale and build a positive work environment.
Manage confirmation, promotion, and appraisal exercise reviews, including documentation and approvals.
Manage disciplinary actions, including warnings, terminations, and dismissals, in compliance with company policies.
Visit outlets regularly to engage with staff and address operational HR needs.
Conduct exit interviews and analyse attrition trends to provide insights for improvement.
4. Ad Hoc Duties
Provide HR support for projects and initiatives as assigned by the Head of HR.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions.
Experience in the F&B or retails industry is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR systems (e.g. StaffAny, Infotech)
Good knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, multi-task, and manage stakeholders at various levels.
