Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end coordination and administration of various learning and development initiatives, including onboarding programs, technical skills training, leadership development, and soft skills workshops.
  • Manage logistics for training sessions, including venue booking (physical and virtual), material preparation, calendar invitations, and participant communications.
  • Track and report on training attendance, completion rates, and feedback.
  • Support the research and curation of relevant learning resources and external training providers.
  • Assist in the development and customization of training materials, presentations, and job aids, ensuring alignment with company branding and learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to L&D programs and opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of L&D initiatives.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from training participants and stakeholders to assess program effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports on L&D metrics, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support the tracking of L&D budget utilization.
  • Provide general HR administrative support as needed, particularly during peak periods or for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects related to talent management, employee engagement, or HR systems.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3 years of related experience
  • Strong understanding of L&D principles, methodologies, and best practices.
