Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify emerging learning and development needs, implement learning strategies or programs to enhance employee skills/capabilities
Perform learning needs analysis & design learning plans to address/bridge skill gaps across various employee groups
Contribute to the development of the company’s competency framework
Evaluate L&D policies to align with organizational goals and industry best practices while ensuring all learning initiatives meet company standards
Manage entire learning activities, logistics & administration to ensure seamless execution, including preparing learning materials, coordinating learning programs/events
Assess training effectiveness by gathering feedback, conducting post-training evaluations, analyzing performance metrics, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement
Support the review of job scopes, job evaluations, performance management activities, implementation of high-potential (HIPO) initiatives & leadership development programs
Job Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
5-6 years of HR experience in L&D or Organisation Development
Possess L&D exposure in the Engineering industry will have added advantages
Possess Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) will have added advantages
