A dynamic company in Singapore seeks a Learning and Development professional to manage training needs and facilitate talent development. This role involves creating effective training programs, analyzing learning outcomes, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a degree in HR and relevant L&D experience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
· Partner with Business Units to manage overall learning needs analysis to identify current and future learning needs to meet business requirements.
· Support end-to-end L&D process including development of training plan, delivery methods, coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendor, course registration, evaluation of programme to ensure effectiveness of learning outcome, learning grant/bond administration and vendor payment including invoice validation and budget reconciliation.
· Collate, prepare and analyse training data for generating business and HR insights and follow-up actions.
· Support talent development and succession planning to implement structured and customised succession plans for identified high potential employees
· Engage and partner with Institutes of Higher Learning and national agencies to identify and administer internship, professional attachment and scholarship programmes.
· Facilitate onboarding programmes by developing content and materials for new hire orientation programmes and analysing data and feedback on the quality of the onboarding experience
· Manage SkillsFuture and other regulatory training reimbursements, ensuring documentation and submission compliance
· Maintain accurate training records, including tracking, reporting, and responding to internal or government audit or training related surveys.
· Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 3 years of L&D experience in a similar role
· Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and communicate effectively across diverse groups
· Strong team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently
· Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous with an eye for detail
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines
· Competent in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
