Job description

As a Senior HR Executive (Learning & Development), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support the full L&D cycle, including training plan development, delivery coordination, stakeholder and vendor engagement, course registration, programme evaluation, grant and bond administration, and vendor payments with invoice and budget reconciliation.

  • Collaborate with Business Units to conduct comprehensive learning needs analyses, identifying current and future learning requirements aligned with business objectives.

  • Collect, prepare, and analyse training data to generate business and HR insights, supporting informed decision-making and follow-up actions.

  • Assist in talent development and succession planning by implementing structured and tailored succession strategies for identified high-potential employees.

  • Collaborate with Institutes of Higher Learning and national agencies to identify, implement, and manage internship, professional attachment, and scholarship programmes.

  • Facilitate onboarding by developing orientation content and materials, and analysing data and feedback to assess and enhance the quality of the onboarding experience.

  • Oversee SkillsFuture and other regulatory training reimbursement processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with submission requirements.

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of training records, including tracking and reporting, and respond to internal audits, government audits, and training-related surveys.

  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
