A leading company in precast manufacturing seeks an HR Executive to manage HR processes, including payroll and recruitment. Candidates should possess a Poly. Diploma in HR Management and have at least 3 years of HR experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional to join a forward-thinking team.
Responsibilities:
Handle key HR processes for designated business units which include payroll, work pass, insurance administration, recruitment, training and development, disciplinary and grievance, employee engagement/ relations, and other HR & Office Administration
Timely submission of Government survey, monitoring and ensure on time submission of statutory reimbursements, e.g. government paid leave, waiver of foreign workers levy, etc...
Work closely with the line managers to provide relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives and programs
Requirements:
Min. Poly. Diploma in Human Resource Management , Business Administration or its equivalent
Min. 3 years of working experience in all aspects of HR administration
Added advantage for those experienced in the construction or manufacturing industry
Familiar with Sage EPE payroll software
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Dynamic and result-driven character
Be meticulous, resourceful and able to handle multitask
