Job description

Job Scope

  • Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to offers, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process.
  • Payroll Processing: Support end-to-end payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards.
  • HR Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, including local audits and statutory requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with employees across all levels and backgrounds, resolving workplace grievances and addressing management concerns.
  • Comprehensive HR Support: Provide assistance in various HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, resolving employee queries, and offering timely HR advice.
  • Employee Welfare Programs: Assist in planning and executing employee welfare initiatives and company programs.
  • Hands-On Support: Actively support team members to ensure seamless HR operations and prevent any disruptions to business continuity when required.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform other administrative or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HRM or a relevant qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience with RBA, ISO, or within the manufacturing sector is a plus.
