Job summary

A leading HR management firm in Singapore is looking for an HR Manager to oversee recruitment and manage HR operations. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in HR Management with at least 3 years of relevant executive-level experience. Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with BU to manage manpower planning, recruitment budget, and end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, ads, screening, interviews, reference checks).
  • Facilitate onboarding: prepare appointment letters, apply for work passes, coordinate pre-employment medical checks, and liaise with departments.
  • Review hiring decisions, prepare salary proposals, and ensure compensation equity.
  • Support BU in daily HR operations, including leave, benefits, employee engagement, appraisals, and retention programs.
  • Manage staff disciplinary actions and handle grievances.
  • Lead recruitment initiatives, including career fairs and campus recruitment.
  • Review and implement HR processes aligned with manpower planning, recruitment policies, and local labor laws.
  • Develop and review employment and recruitment-related HR policies.
  • Participate in MOM surveys and related reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above in HR Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years’ experience in executive-level recruitment.
  • Well-versed in the Singapore Employment Act and general HR practices.
  • Experienced in managing high-volume recruitment activities.
  • Familiar with Unit4Prosoft HR system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
