Industrial Automation MNC from China - Ang Mo Kio

Short Notice only

Mon-Fri, 9 am – 6 pm

Able to assist to translate Chinese documents from China HQ

Performance Management Localization

  • Adapt the global performance framework to local needs: goals, define evaluation criteria and cadence.
  • Drive performance-cycle execution, ensure timely feedback and data- driven application.

Incentive Design & Delivery

  • Co-develop roll out local bonus, and special-grant aligned with global policy.
  • Manage payout workflows, track documentation and dose the performance-to-reward loop.

Training & Development

  • Map local training needs to global curriculum; design and implement custom courses
  • Establish end-to-end processes for needs analysis, delivery and evaluation; report on ROI.

Career Progression & Talent Review

  • Localise job-grade structures and coordinate annual promotion cycles and talent reviews
  • Produce policy guides, process flows and evaluation templates to ensure transparency

Policy & Governance

  • Draft and maintain local OD/HR documents, process and SOP
  • Collaborating with headquarters OD, HRBPs and business leads to refine and iterate best practices.

o 推动绩效周期执行,落实反馈、评估和数据化应用

2. 激励方案设计与执行

o 协助制定本地年度奖金、专项激励等方案,并确保与总部政策一致

o 管理发放流程、文档归档,闭环绩效-激励挂钩

3. 培训体系搭建

o 基于总部培训地图,设计并实施符合本地需求的课程与项目

o 建立需求收集、效果评估等标准流程并输出培训报告

4. 晋升与人才发展

o 本地职级体系落地,参与岗位序列划分与晋升机制设计

o 组织年度晋升评审、人才盘点,并编制流程指引与模板

5. 流程与政策建设

o 编写并维护本地 OD/HR 流程图、制度文件、操作指引

o 与总部 OD 团队、HRBP 及业务部门协同,持续优化制度
