Collates accurate attendance and employee details for payroll processing and taxation matters.
Assists in statutory employment matters, such as application for employment passes, renewal of work permits, etc.
Maintains records such as leave records of employees, resignations, attendance, etc.
Addresses basic employee queries relating to HR and assists in other administrative matters.
Develops and maintains the HR MIS Reports & collates data for Senior Management requirements.
Supports in Recruitment – sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews & onboarding.
Supports the engagement activities in the country (e.g., preparations for campus events, etc.).

Supports the Recruitment Manager in all recruitment activities.
Prepares and updates job descriptions and other recruitment materials.
Posts the job descriptions and openings on the website, newspapers, or other platforms, after approval from the Recruitment Manager and Country Director.
Screens the resumes received from the websites, newspapers, recruitment agencies, and other platforms.
Shortlists resumes for the Recruitment Manager’s consideration.
Arranges for interviews with potential candidates.
