Job Responsibilities:
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding ( etc: Application, Renewal or Cancellation of work pass application)
Work with managers to support staff performance – setting goals, doing evaluations, and planning development.
Run HR activities like employee surveys, benefit programs, team bonding events, and staff recognition efforts.
Keep employee records and HR systems up to date, following legal rules and company policies.
Stay updated on HR trends and laws, and suggest ways to improve HR practices.
Handle general office administration; Stationery requisition, filing, office equipment etc
Assist in resolving employee relations issues and promoting a positive work culture.
Participate in HR projects and other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in HR roles; experience in an Assistant Manager role is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments.
Proficient in MS Office and experience with HRIS/payroll systems.
