The company works with major global names in the medical device industry and aims to be the preferred global partner in advancing patient care through top-notch medical device development and production services.

Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Senior / HR Executive to join our team. This full-time on-site role involves the full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, talent management, training, payroll administration, regulatory submissions and delivering added value to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be proactive in building strong employee relationships, willing to travel between facilities as needed, and capable of developing and executing all HR initiatives to drive business growth. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance employee satisfaction and support long-term success will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

· Preferably from an engineering & contract manufacturing background.

· Over 5 years of HR generalist experience.

· Proven payroll processing track record.

· Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.

· Proficiency in HR operations.

· Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resource or a related field.

Job Responsibilities

· Assist the Assistant/HR Manager to manage all HR functions.

· Process payroll and medical claims for employees using Infotech.

· Manage and update employee records in Infotech.

· Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and issuance.

· Conduct employee lifecycle duties from sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to offboarding.

· Coordinate with HODs on learning & development, hiring plans, resignations, confirmations, and all HR related matters.

· Manage E-leave & E-attendance via Infotech, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance.

· Ensure timely and accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g., CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) clearance, etc.

· Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurately.

· Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.

· Undertake any HR admin related ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time.
