Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations, and training & development.

  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and compliance with Singapore labour laws.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring effective manpower planning and talent acquisition.

  • Drive performance management initiatives, including KPIs, evaluations, and employee engagement strategies.

  • Handle disciplinary issues, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.

  • Support department heads in workforce planning, organisational development, and employee retention.

  • Lead HR reporting, payroll review, and statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IR8A, MOM submissions).

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture and lead initiatives to improve employee morale and productivity.

  • Plan and execute employee bonding activities to strengthen team spirit and workplace engagement.

  • Stay updated with changes in employment legislation and ensure timely compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with min 2 years of leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.

  • Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.

  • Experience in construction industry is an added advantage.
