Atomionics is building a 3D map of the Earth's subsurface and seeks a Senior HR Executive to run core HR operations and employment compliance in Singapore. You will manage contracts, payroll coordination, policy updates and employee relations, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff.

This onsite, full-time role requires hands-on experience with Singapore's Employment Act, MOM policies and work pass frameworks, plus strong communication and discretion to support managers and staff through

The Role

Good people operations need more than accurate records and policies. They need someone who can keep the essentials running and handle the situations that are not covered by a checklist.

As a Senior HR Executive, you will run core HR operations and employment compliance, from contracts and payroll coordination to policy updates and employee relations. You will report directly to the Chief of Staff, take ownership of day-to-day processes and help employees and managers work through sensitive matters with care, clarity and sound judgment.

What You Will Do

• Keep HR practices aligned with Singapore employment requirements, including MOM policies, the Employment Act, CPF rules, WICA and work pass frameworks such as Employment Pass and S Pass. Track regulatory changes and implement the necessary updates.
• Run internal HR compliance checks and audits, identify gaps early and maintain accurate, audit-ready employment records.
• Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, employment contracts, confirmations, payroll coordination, performance management, and offboarding.
• Maintain practical, up-to-date HR policies and the employee handbook so they reflect applicable requirements and how the company operates.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases and workplace conflicts, with discretion, fairness, clear documentation and appropriate escalation.
• Advise managers on performance improvement plans, terminations and exits, ensuring decisions and processes are considered carefully and handled consistently.

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on HR experience with a strong focus on operations and employment compliance.
• Deep working knowledge of Singapore employment requirements, including MOM policies, the Employment Act, CPF, WICA and relevant work pass frameworks.
• Experience managing employee relations matters from initial assessment through resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Sound judgment, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information and conversations responsibly.
• Clear, direct communication skills with employees and managers at different levels.
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.

• Background or working knowledge in employment law or legal advisory.
• Experience building or improving HR processes in a growing organization.
