Job description

Company Overview:

• Basic Salary up to $4900 + Performance Bonus (twice a year)
• Mon – Fri, 8am – 5.30pm
• Kaki Bukit Area
• Manufacturing Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations through MOM systems (WPOL/EPOL).
• Support regional HR projects spanning Singapore, Malaysia, China, and the Philippines.
• Coordinate and facilitate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) and other MOM regulations.
• Advise employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Organise and coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Ensure HR operations align with Singapore labour laws and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource
• Professional certifications such as IHRP-CP, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are advantageous.
