Job description

    As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Pearce Services located in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated business units. Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, serving as an employee champion and change agent. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies, providing guidance on restructures and workforce planning, and leading change management initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.You will be expected to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and reducing risks. Additionally, you will identify training needs, participate in the evaluation of training programs, and partner with recruitment teams to implement effective hiring strategies. Your role will involve guiding managers on performance management processes, developing and tracking KPIs, and providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.Furthermore, you will be responsible for improving work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention by partnering with management and employees. You will also be involved in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. Staying current on labour law updates and HR trends will be essential to provide best practices within the organization.To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. HR certifications are advantageous. You should have a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 6 years in an HRBP role or a managerial position, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. You should be able to build strong relationships with employees and business leaders at all levels. A proven track record of executing HR initiatives that drive business results, proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis are desired skills for this role.,
