Our client is a globally renowned FMCG company, and due to evolving business needs, we are partnering with them to hire a Senior HR Business Partner based in Singapore.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and influence people strategies not only within Singapore but also across the broader Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and serve as a trusted HR advisor to the business.

Your key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all employee relations and engagement matters.
  • Lead and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and offboarding.
  • Assist in the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Champion a high-performance culture through coaching, capability building, and proactive workforce planning.
  • Actively contribute to global and regional projects and initiatives, with a focus on process digitalisation and system integration.

Here's what you will bring to the table

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the Retail or FMCG industries. Regional exposure is nice to have.
  • Proven expertise in HR data analytics, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, along with a strong understanding of Singapore employment laws.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications and hands-on experience with HRIS platforms - SuccessFactors.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a service-oriented mindset and a pronounced can-do attitude, with the ability to multi-task and remain agile in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • An independent team player with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism.
