A leading company in Singapore is looking for an HR Manager to oversee recruitment processes and manage onboarding procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management with 4-6 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-volume recruitment effectively. This role involves partnerships with business units to ensure operational needs are met and contributes to employee engagement and retention strategies.

Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 4 - 6 years of experience in handling recruitment function for Executive level & above
· Experience in handling high volume of recruitment activities is advantageous
· Good people and communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels
· Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous with an eye for detail
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
· Strong problem-solving skills and service-oriented mindset.
