Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR priorities.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR matters including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Coach managers on people management, leadership development, and conflict resolution.
  • Work closely with business leaders on succession planning, career development, and retention strategies.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational restructuring.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits) to implement HR programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
