Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 10+ years of HR experience OR
  • Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 8+ years of HR experience OR
  • Equivalent experience
  • Expertise in HR domains such as Org Design, Diagnostics, Change Management, Leadership Coaching
  • Skills in data analysis, strategic consulting, and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR Professional Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM, CIPD)
  • International Coaching Certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC, IAC)
  • 4+ years experience in client partnership and HR solutions delivery
Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to drive the people agenda and organizational impact
  • Translate business strategies into HR priorities and initiatives
  • Coach leaders using diagnostic insights and implement organizational solutions
  • Lead change initiatives and evaluate environmental factors influencing employee adoption
  • Act as liaison between business units and HR Centers of Excellence
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to align on people strategies and share challenges
  • Identify talent needs and develop strategic talent and diversity plans
  • Assess leadership effectiveness and coach senior leaders
