Senior HR Business Partner - Singapore
Responsibilities
Provide HR advice on all strategic people matters to enable the business units to achieve their business objectives.
Actively work with the relevant HR Teams to continuously review areas of improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs, and processes
Collaborate with the relevant HR Teams to deliver the annual HR cycles, initiatives, and strategic projects
Act as the point of contact for HR Senior/Associates on the escalation of complex employee matters and provide support in escalated operational HR matters, including performance management, employment relations, HR processes, and systems
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a Business-related field
More than 8 years of generalist HR or HR Business Partner experience, exposure of leadership experience is a plus
In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organizational policies, processes, and best practices.
Ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders and build a strong rapport with key business stakeholders.
