Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to Finance Department
Responsible for end-to-end payroll independently, timely and accurately according to set payroll timeline, payroll related activities, claims reimbursement, CPF contributions using Sage payroll system.
Work closely with Finance Department on payroll closing and perform payroll reconciliations
Assist with staff queries on payroll and benefit related matters
Generate and maintain regular HR reports as required
Manage and maintain HR Portal for claims reimbursement & Time Management Systems.
Process statutory claims - NSmen, Maternity, Childcare Leave
Process year-end tax and IR21 tax clearance for foreign workers
Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
Liaise with insurance company for all workmen compensation claims
Manage SAP system on requisition of HR common items, keep track of stock inventory, sourcing for new items and liaison with vendors
Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties when required
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources or any related discipline
At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing sector with good understanding on HR processes, payroll administration, HR practices and Singapore Employment and Legislation practices
Proficient in Sage HR and SAP system an added advantage
Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and have excellent time management
Team player, proactive and take initiatives
High reliability and integrity in handling confidential information
