A leading HR consulting firm located in Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to manage comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and policy compliance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR Management and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B or Hospitality sector. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training & development
  • Work closely with Department Managers to assess and fulfill staffing requirements
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure accuracy of HR databases
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and related matters
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legal standards and alignment with company practices
  • Coordinate and facilitate the annual performance appraisal process
  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing
  • Handle additional HR-related duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices
  • Proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
