Job summary

Sengkang General Hospital Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee hospital facilities and systems, coordinating annual electrical shutdowns and ensuring reliable operations across the premises.

You will maintain structures, develop comprehensive maintenance programmes, manage service partners and contractors, provide technical advice, coordinate fire safety and Green Mark tasks, and investigate safety incidents with reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Power / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Marine Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in planning and executing annual electrical shutdown.
• Ability to interpret electrical single-line diagrams, schematic drawings and wiring layouts.
• Proficient in design calculation, cost estimation, preparation of plans and detailed engineering design.
• Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems will be advantageous.
• Able to communicate effectively, establish priorities and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital facilities and systems.
• Coordinate annual electrical shutdowns across hospital premises.
• Maintain existing structures and develop comprehensive programmes for planned maintenance and services.
• Manage service partners and contractors as well as provide technical advice to user departments.
• Coordinate fire safety requirements and Green Mark certification tasks to ensure statutory compliance.
• Investigate safety incidents and prepare reports.
