Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years hands-on experience in heavy machinery maintenance, construction equipment, or yard/site engineering environments.
• Strong diagnostic and overhaul capability for hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Willingness to work actively on field sites and in yard conditions.
• Proven ability to diagnose field issues and perform rapid repairs.

Responsibilities

• Field & Yard Machinery Repair: perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhauls on site and in yard.
• Equipment Management & Fleet Readiness: oversee yard machinery inventory and preventive maintenance.
• On-Site Diagnostics & Emergency Breakdown Response: identify failures and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Technical Guidance & Mentorship: lead junior technicians and share best practices.
