WSA – Wonderful Sound for All is seeking an experienced Hardware Development Engineer to join our Singapore R&D Electro-acoustic team. You will work with cross‑functional teams to develop hearing aid devices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires a strong background in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, PCB design, EMC/EMI, and MATLAB/CST tool proficiency. Collaboration and passion for audio medical devices are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong PCB schematic and layout review能力 for noise and immunity.
• Experience with MedTech R&D and EMC/EMI regulations.

Responsabilités

• Perform complex Hearing Aid concept design using advanced tools.
• Prototype and evaluate new technologies for next-gen BTE/RIC devices.
• Optimize electrical performance and implement EMC solutions.
• Ensure quality and safety per ANSI/FDA classic standards.
