Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on hardware/circuitry design, firmware development, and physical assembly.
• Proficiency in C/C++ within Arduino or Raspberry Pi ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of closed-loop systems and industrial sensors (e.g., pressure, temperature, gyro, proximity).
• Lab skills with soldering irons, crimpers, DMMs, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes; read/write wiring schematics.
• Results-oriented, multitasking, self-motivated, and passionate about hardware innovation.

Responsibilities

• Circuit Design & Prototyping: Design and simulate AC/DC circuits, control systems, and communication protocols.
• Physical Assembly: Build, wire, and modify enclosures and hardware boxes.
• Innovation & Optimization: Lead technical improvement, improvisation, and R&D initiatives.
• Project Documentation: Maintain BOMs and standard operating procedures.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients and suppliers to drive project execution.
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with sales/marketing for pre-sales while supporting operations and quality
