Responsibilities

• Performs hair services and treatment to clients such as shampooing, cutting, styling, coloring and highlighting as desired.
• Provide professional recommendations to customers.
• Increase client retention by maintaining a consistent relationship and pre-booking appointments.
• Proactively develop new customers.
• Adhere to salon policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Preferably has a network of clients on hand.
• Maintain the workstation clean, safe and organized.
• Clean and sterilize hair care tools regularly.
• Skilled scalp therapist is an advantage.

Working hours

Daily working hours will be from 10.00am to 7.00pm on weekdays and weekend.

Compensation and benefits

Staff is entitled to 6 off days in a calendar month. The working days will follow according to the Monthly Duty Roster.

Basic monthly salary plus tiered commission scheme. This salary is subject to CPF contribution.
