Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest service through storytelling and creating moments of delight.
  • Perform accurate transactions at ticketing touchpoints in accordance with protocol.
  • Operate Adventure facility including conducting daily safety checks and securing guests onto high-element rides.
  • Resolve feedback, issues and concerns raised by guests.
  • Motivate and guide part-time staff in delivering guest experiences.
  • Assist to conduct training of part-time staff in consultation with section lead.
  • Assist in wildlife-human management efforts:
  • Update and maintain records of sightings and movements of wildlife.
  • Educate guests on wildlife campaigns in the parks.
  • Assist to identify, propose and execute proposals on areas of improvement to create and enhance guest experience within the park.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or tourism industry
  • Passion for the outdoors: a genuine interest in outdoor activities, and has the ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including harnessing guests, operating ride and removing guests from ride vehicles
  • Prior customer service experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent communications skills to engage diverse guest profiles
  • Confident, energetic and outgoing personality
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
