Oasia Cluster consists of Oasia Hotel Novena, Oasia Hotel Downtown, The Clan Hotel, and AMOY Hotel.
Work closely with the Assistant Manager and provide courteous services to guests and respond efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests, and enquiries.
Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures.
Establish contacts with house guests/long-staying guests and render assistance when necessary.
Make courtesy calls to guests.
Requisite and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
Ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage, transport handling, and general enquiries.
Requirements
O-Level or equivalent.
Willing to perform rotating shifts.
Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills.
Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera will be advantageous.
