Job summary
A leading hotel in Singapore is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide courteous services to guests and handle their requests and complaints efficiently. Candidates with an O-Level education and a positive attitude, as well as experience in hospitality, are preferred. This role includes liaising with various departments and ensuring excellent service quality.
Qualifications
- Willingness to perform rotating shifts.
- Experience in hospitality preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Assistant Manager to serve guests and handle complaints.
- Liaise with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office on guest matters.
- Establish contacts with guests and assist as needed.
- Make courtesy calls to guests.
- Manage promotional materials for operations.
- Ensure efficient services in baggage and general inquiries.

Responsibilites:
- Work closely with the Assistant Manager and provide courteous services to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and enquiries
- Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and Front Office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures
- Establish contacts with house guests/ long staying guests and renders assistance when neccessary
- Make courtesy calls to guests
- Requisite and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations
- Ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage, transport handling and general enquiries
Requirements:
- O-Level or equivalent
- Willing to perform rotating shifts
- Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills
- Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera will be advantageous
