About the team

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior / Group Product Manager to lead the product development efforts of a core tribe within our customer journey. This role will focus on ensuring that customers enjoy seamless, personalized, and delightful shopping & dining experiences from start to finish, while creating sustainable growth for FairPrice Group.

Within your tribe, you will lead 2-4 squads, directly lead and mentor 2-4 PMs & Senior PMs. The squads under your responsibility will collaborate actively within the Product Trio, comprised of Design and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of product managers and cross-functional team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and vision for your tribe, identifying opportunities for product improvements and innovation.
  • Drive achievement of the key outcomes & the product strategy, by prioritizing features, iterations & experiments.
  • Establish North Star metrics and Key product metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of product initiatives. Continuously monitor performance, analyze data, and iterate on product features, obsess over driving optimal outcomes.
  • Play a key role in our overall strategic product vision.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to drive the successful execution of product initiatives. Take leadership in GTM and driving successful product launches.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in product management roles, preferably within B2C tech, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product teams and delivering high-impact products to market.
  • Proficiency in product management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, JIRA.
  • Good understanding of software development processes and technologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience in coaching, providing performance feedback, and development plans.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile product development environments.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques for making data-driven product decisions.
