Job summary

Wipro seeks a Senior GRC professional to lead security risk, policy compliance and audit support for a Singapore public sector engagement. You will set the GRC approach, sign off deliverables and act as the main contact for authorities and auditors.

The role manages around 10 risk assessments and 5–6 audits annually, oversees the resilience workstream, and coordinates with the Resilience Specialist to ensure robust security posture and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT security risk assessments and maintaining risk registers.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Government IM8 policies and public sector security requirements.
• Experience with audits and audit responses.
• Understanding of ISO 27001 controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead security risk assessments from scoping to final reporting.
• Own the risk register and approve risk ratings, findings and recommendations.
• Lead the annual security policy compliance review and annual review of security plans.
• Act as main contact for auditors and manage audit responses and findings closure.
• Keep GRC activities aligned with IM8 and Authority security requirements.
• Present risk, compliance and audit status in governance meetings and escalate issues.
• Oversee DR and tabletop exercise outcomes and guide the Resilience Specialist.
