Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Min. 5 years of graphic design experience, in-house or agency.
• Strong portfolio showing campaign, print and/or packaging work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus; Canva familiarity.
• Organized and able to manage multiple brands and projects with minimal supervision.

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to take ownership of design output across our brands and properties. You will turn marketing briefs into finished campaigns, keep our brands consistent across every touchpoint, and manage artwork through to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visual concepts for campaigns, product launches and promotions, from brief to final artwork, including posters, tent cards, signage, OOM materials and other print and digital media collaterals
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and templates across the Group's brands, and keep all design and marketing materials consistent with them
• Manage print production end-to-end: specifications, vendor quotations, proofing and quality checks
• Liaise with printers, photographers and freelancers
• Support A&P/Marketing team to plan and produce social media content and campaign visuals together
• Take simple product shots and produce short-form video and simple motion content for social media
• Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and present design concepts to management
• Review the work of junior designers and interns and give them guidance

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a relatedfield
• Min. 5 years of graphic design experience, in-house or agency; F&B, retail or consumer brand experience is a plus
• A strong portfolio showing campaign, print and/or packaging work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite [Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign]; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus; familiarity with Canva
• Organized and able to run multiple brands and projects at once with minimal supervision
