Job summary

WINE TRADE ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to assist the Marketing team in creating and adapting design materials for print and digital channels while preserving brand consistency.

You will adapt visuals into social media assets, banners, eDMs and POS materials, support campaigns, and help with basic animations and image edits. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is required.
• Familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro is advantageous.
• Strong typography, layout, color and visual hierarchy understanding.
• Open to using AI creative tools for ideation and editing.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adapt master visuals for print, digital, and online formats (social, banners, eDMs, screens).
• Support day-to-day design tasks: price tags, posters, POS materials.
• Assist with campaign concept development, mood boards and visual research.
• Create and resize campaign materials across formats and touchpoints.
• Produce simple animations, motion graphics and basic video edits.
• Support image editing: retouching, colour correction, cropping, background removal.
• Assist with presentation decks, event collateral and mock-ups.
• Support photo/video shoots with reference prep and on-site help.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and amend designs based on feedback.
• Use AI tools to support ideation and design workflows; organize design files.
• Support ad-hoc creative projects as required.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

The Graphic Design Intern will support the Marketing team in creating and adapting design materials across print and digital channels, while maintaining brand consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adapt master visuals into various print, digital and online formats, including social media, website banners, eDMs and digital screens.
• Support day-to-day business-as-usual design work, such as price tags, tent cards, posters, promotional signage and other point-of-sale materials.
• Assist with campaign concept development, mood boards and visual research for promotions, events and seasonal campaigns.
• Create and resize campaign materials across different formats and touchpoints.
• Produce simple animations, motion graphics and basic video edits for digital and social content.
• Support image editing, including retouching, colour correction, cropping, resizing and background removal.
• Assist with presentation decks, event collateral and simple mock-ups where required.
• Support photo and video shoots, including preparation of visual references and basic on-site assistance.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and make design amendments based on feedback.
• Use AI creative tools and technology to support ideation, image editing and design workflows.
• Organise design files and support other ad-hoc creative projects as required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar animation tools is advantageous.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Familiar with or open to using AI creative tools.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple design requests and deadlines.
