Job summary

SIPEF Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Systems & Network Infra Senior Engineer to own technical engagements with business clients and deliver services that meet requirements.

You will design LAN/WAN, data center, wireless backhaul, and IP telephony, while leading architecture planning, testing, and deployment across global teams. You will guide cybersecurity strategy across O365, Cisco, Fortinet, VMware NSX, and manage enterprise servers, storage, and cloud platforms like Microsoft 365 and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise architecture across virtualization, systems, storage, networks, and O365.
• Experience with load balancing platforms F5 and AVI Networks.
• 7+ years in network virtualization and VSAT broadband technologies.
• 3+ years hands-on with Cambium networks, wireless backhaul, and microwave links.
• Strong Cisco routing/switching, DNS/DHCP, and authentication methods.
• Security tech exposure: firewalls, IDS, vulnerability mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical engagement with business clients to deliver outcomes.
• Design and implement LAN/WAN, Data Center, wireless backhaul, IP telephony.
• Lead architecture planning, configuration, testing, deployment.
• Manage fault, configuration, performance, and capacity monitoring.
• Lead cybersecurity strategy across O365, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, NSX.
• Administer enterprise servers, storage, backups, and patching.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint.
• Develop BC/DR plans and ensure rapid recovery.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor staff.
